Tickets and Pricing
Pricing: All tickets must be sold at the same price unless bonus tickets (e.g., buy 10, get 1 free) are offered. Bonus ticket offers must be clearly advertised and apply throughout the sale period.
Ticket Content:
Buyer’s Section:
Ticket number, price, and total number of tickets.
Name of the organising and beneficiary organisations.
GIIC P/L is the organiser and the Beneficiaries can be found on the Beneficiaries Page
Prize details, including value.
Date, time, and location of the draw. The lottery is drawn when all tickets are sold
Publication details for results. Winner will be emailed, advertised on F/B and web page
Advertising and Conduct Rules
Advertising:
Must include sufficient information about the chances of winning, ticket pricing, and draw details.
Cannot target individuals under 18 or exaggerate the odds of winning.
Ticket Distribution: On Line Only
Tickets cannot be given or posted without consent. Invitations to purchase tickets may be sent, but tickets themselves must not be included.
Drawing Rules:
Each Lottery will be drawn upon the sale of the last ticket in the lottery and is done via an automated Random Draw system. These drawings will be monitored and confirmed by the South Australian Office of GIIC P/L, South Australia
If the winner fails to claim their prize within 30 days of us sending notice, then the prize will be donated to one of the Beneficiaries.
